Abstract:
It is
discussed the forecasting of mankind future development, the population
growth and its increasing influence on the global natural conditions,
resourses, the state of intra-earth material and energy resourses. Then it
is considered the problem of future mankind expansion into space in order
to get the outearth material and energy resourses. It is substantiated the
necessity of performing of corresponding investigations, their first tasks
both scientific and technological ones.
