The analysis is fulfilled of great planets’ rings systems position and structure based on solution of dynamic and stability problems of the rotating magnetized plasma rings. Planets’ rings systems are considered as relics of ancient plasma rings. The numerical estimation of the non-dimensional parameters Ω eigen-values spectrum, determining the elite rings, are presented. The theory has been applied to Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus rings, to the Jovian torus (Io- or J-torus) and Saturn torus (S-torus).
